Fans who have already purchased an unbranded home shirt also have the option of having KNOX Hydrate branding applied by the club free of charge.
How To Return Your Kit
If you’re close to our St James Park or our Metro Centre store, please visit to have KNOX branding applied free of charge.
If not, please follow this process to return your kit for front of shirt sponsor embellishment.
Important: To have your kit embellished, you must follow the returns process outlined above.

Step 2 - Enter Your Details
We'll send you a link to enter your order details. Once completed, you can either print your shipping label or arrange a collection date with Royal Mail.
Step 3 - Package Up Your Kit
We'll also send you a returns form to complete and include in your parcel with your kit. This helps us process your order quickly and get your newly embellished kit back to you as soon as possible.
No printer? No problem. Simply write the requested information on a plain sheet of paper and include it in your parcel instead.
Step 4 - Send Your Kit To Us
Send your parcel using the shipping label provided or wait for your scheduled collection.
Once your kit arrives at our warehouse, we'll apply the KNOX sponsorship and send it back to you as quickly as possible.
